Because each hat is custom made, direct personal contact between ourselves and our clients is necessary for each order. For this reason, we are not creating a full-fledged e-commerce site at this time.
To order a hat, simply call the number at the top of this page during the hours of 10am-5 pm PST Tuesday thru Saturday or 11 am - 4 pm PST Sunday, or click the
order button to send an email directly to us. Upon receipt, we will contact you to discuss your hat and obtains specifics regarding address, etc. You will be given the option to submit either a deposit or payment in full at this time.
Next, we we will send you a "conformer" that measures your head so that we can build the hat specifically to your head's shape and size. Once we receive it back from you, the hat building process begins.
Once the hat is completed, we will request the balance of payment and ship the hat to you. We fully stand behind our work so any problems can and will be corrected by working with you after the purchase. Our goal is to build a satisfied repeat clientele.
2. Payment and Shipping
We utilize Paypal in lieu of credit cards. (If you are not a Paypal user, you can join for free
here and use your credit card to establish your account.) We also accept money orders and personal checks. Items paid for by money order will be shipped upon receipt; items paid by personal check will be shipped after clearance. Alternate payment arrangements can be made by calling our 800 number or via email.
Your item will be shipped via USPS insured. International shipping is available and the price will be computed on a "cost" basis. You will be emailed with the amended total and will not be billed until we have your approval for the additional expense.
Your personal information will never be shared, sold,
loaned in any way.
